ICC CWC LIVE: BANGLADESH vs ENGLAND

England are back in charge of the crucial clash against Bangladesh as Junaid Siddique and Raqibul Hasan are back in the dressing room.

Raqibul's two-ball stay in the middle was put to an end as pacer Ajmal Shahzad delivered an unplayable ball that pitched on the off side and went on to castle the batsman for naught.
Siddique could only manage 12 runs as a direct throw from the deep by James Anderson left the batsman short of his crease.
A 52-run opening partnership between Tamim Iqbal and Imrul Kayes ended after Tim Bresnan clean bowled Tamim against the run of play.
Tamin scored a blazing 38 off 26 balls and his innings was studded with five boundaries.
At the sight of the dislodged stumps, a stunned crowd went into pin-drop silence, reflecting complete shock.
At the end of seven overs, the hosts were cruising at 46 without loss. Tamim Iqbal was brutal in his approach while Kayes is still carrying Bangladesh's hopes.
ENGLAND: 225 all out in 49.4 overs
Courtesy an average batting display, Bangladesh dismissed England for a modest 225.
On the sidelines after the England innings ended with two balls to spare, Eoin Morgan, who replaced injured Kevin Pietersen, expressed that although they may have missed out on a big total, bowlers will still be able to defend the total.
England wickets continued to tumble in the last overs of their innings and none of the lower-order batsmen showed any grit against a disciplined bowling attack.
Jonathan Trott (67 off 99 balls) struck his 10th ODI fifty.
Eoin Morgan (63 off 72 balls) flattered to deceive as his hurricane innings came to an abrupt end as he got caught in the deep. Playing his first match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, Eoin Morgan struck a fighting 11th ODI fifty. However, he failed to capitalise and became Bangladesh's fourth victim.
Attempting to play a sweep shot, Morgan top-edged a Naeem Islam delivery to the third-man region where Imrul Kayes scooped a brilliant take.
STAR Sports commentator and former India Test player Vivek Razdan feels, "Bangladesh bowlers put up a spirited effort but seem to have lost their way a bit. England batsmen did not play with an open mind in the beginning but are doing well. Bowlers need to do something different to unsettle the batsmen."
Mahmudullah earlier removed Ian Bell to leave England precariously placed.
Bell consumed 23 deliveries for a painstaking five. It was a soft dismissal as Bell chipped a good-length ball to mid-wicket where Naeem Islam grabbed a sitter.
The crowd has gone ballistic and the hosts have spring in their steps. Words of encouragement are being shouted at each other and there is sharpness all around.
Against the run of play, England found themselves two down after Andrew Strauss joined Matt Prior in the dressing room.
Captain Strauss (18) rocked back in his stance to play a cut shot but could only manage an edge to Junaid Siddique in the slips, handing Naeem Islam his first scalp.
Put into bat, England lost their first wicket after Matt Prior (15) became a victim to a bizzarre stumping dismissal off the bowling of Abdur Razzak.
Bangladesh made one change with Mahmudullah coming in for Mohammed Ashraful. Matt Prior is back to open the innings as Paul Collingwood returns to the side in place of Michael Yardy. Ajmal Shahzad replaces Stuart Broad. Eoin Morgan replaces Kevin Pietersen who has returned to England for a surgery.
Bangladesh face an uphill task today knowing well that a loss would end their hope of making the last-eight stage of the ICC CWC.
