Mills out, McKay in for Kiwis

New Zealand bowler Kyle Mills has been ruled out of the rest of the ICC Cricket World Cup because of injury.

Mills strained his left quadricep during the group stage victory over Canada two weeks ago, and has struggled to regain full fitness since, missing Friday's quarter-final victory over South Africa.
Andy McKay has been named as Mills replacement in the squad following approval from the International Cricket Council.
The left-armer has played in 13 one-day internationals for the Black Caps and is expected to join up with the rest of the team on Sunday.
